Why use follow up coaching?

Follow up coaching sessions ensure that the 'doing' is being done through a combination of refreshing the skills, encouragement and support to practise using them with real time work situations.

CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personal Development) research has found that a large percentage of organisations believe that coaching can deliver tangible benefits to both individuals and organsiations (99%) and importantly that when coaching is managed effectively, it can have a positive impact on an organisation's bottom line (92%).
