Although not suitable for beginners, a one day Clinic can help a large number of people at most levels of expertise.

We Supply - An Expert in your chose program, also further advice on any problems that cannot be sorted out on the day.

You Supply - A Suitable room. A computer with the necessary software and a printer (where appropriate).

The Details - Given the average corporate spread of user ability, putting all your users onto the right courses is a logistic and financial nightmare. People can't be spared. The budget is too tight. They don't need a whole course at the moment and so on.
